Cavalier Genève Cigars has announced the 2025 entry in its Limited Release Series: the Prospektor Supremos 4.75×58, a single-size extension based on the company’s Prospektor line. This marks the fourth project in the annual series, which features one-time-only iterations of existing core blends—each offered in just one vitola before moving on to a different concept the following year.
For 2025, the Prospektor sees its first release in the 4.75″ x 58 parejo format known as “Supremo.” The blend has been tweaked from the original, now using a combination of visos and ligeros from three different countries. Cavalier describes the profile as intense and complex, designed to showcase a different take on the core Prospektor character.
The components are listed as:
- Wrapper: Jalapa x Jamastran
- Binder: Habano
- Fillers: Jamastran, Jalapa, Indonesia
A total of 500 boxes were produced, each containing 15 cigars. Pricing is set at $16.10 per cigar or $241.50 per box.
Production took place at Cavalier’s Fabrica Centroamericana de Tabaco SA in Danlí, Honduras. The cigars have already begun shipping to retailers this week.
