Cayman Cigar Company has begun shipping its Core Line Refresh to U.S. retailers, updating the Mariner, Sovereign II, and Monarch blends with new branding, revised formats, and production at Tabacalera la Isla. The rollout includes a transition to 20-count boxes, the addition of Robusto and Toro vitolas (with a Gordo to follow in the coming weeks), and a Robusto gauge change from 5×50 to 5×52.
“Mariner, Sovereign II, and Monarch have been the foundation of our brand from the very beginning,” said Anthony Cantelmo, COO. “With this refresh, we’re honoring their legacy while bringing them forward with a look, feel, and format that better reflects who Cayman Cigar Company is today.”
The company notes all refreshed cigars are produced at Tabacalera la Isla and are reaching authorized retailers nationwide; a store locator is available on the company’s website. Cayman Cigar Company also underscores its mission model, donating 100% of net profits to charities supporting entrepreneurship for marginalized communities, assistance for American veterans, and addiction-recovery programs.
