Throughout 2025, but especially in the last couple of weeks, Jon Huber of Crowned Heads has been teasing a new look, new sizes and new plans for Tennesse Waltz.
Introduced in 2014, Tennessee Waltz was previously offered in a lone 5 1/2 x 52 robusto extra that originally was only sold to retailers in Tennessee, where the company is based. Now, the line is getting two additional vitolas and new packaging.
According to Cigar Aficionado, it will be offered in three vitolas:
- Tennessee Waltz OG (5 1/2 x 52) — $11.95 (Box of 12, $143.40)
- Tennessee Waltz CG (5 5/8 x 46) — $10.95 (Box of 12, $131.40)
- Tennessee Waltz Toro (6 x 54) — $12.95 (Box of 12, $155.40)
The blend remains the same—a Connecticut broadleaf wrapper over a Nicaraguan binder and Nicaraguan fillers—and it will continue to be made at My Father Cigars S.A. in Estelí, Nicaragua.
While Crowned Heads had hoped to ship the new line in October, it is expected to arrive in stores nationwide next week.
The cigar is named after the song, which was made famous by Patti Page.
