Foundation Cigar Company Begins Shipping 10-Year Aniversario

Foundation Cigar Company is proud to announce the 10-Year Aniversario has officially begun shipping to select tobacconists nationwide. First unveiled at the 2025 PCA Trade Show in New Orleans, this limited-edition cigar was created to honor a decade of Foundation’s tradition. 

Crafted in a 7 x 58 Salomon vitola, the 10-Year Aniversario features a hybrid wrapper of Connecticut Broadleaf and Connecticut Havana Seed, paying homage to Foundation’s roots in the Connecticut River Valley. Beneath the wrapper lies a Mata Fina Brazilian binder and a robust combination of Nicaraguan fillers from Estelí, Jalapa, and Condega.

“Ten years ago this September, we began shipping our very first brand,” said Nicholas Melillo, Founder & Master Blender of Foundation Cigar Company. “To now be shipping the 10-Year Aniversario is both humbling and inspiring. This cigar represents not just a milestone, but the journey of passion, perseverance, and dedication that has defined Foundation since day one. I  couldn’t be more proud to share it with our retail partners and consumers around the world.”

The branding of the 10-Year Aniversario draws deeply on the legendary image of St. George slaying the dragon.

Shipping in limited quantities, the 10-Year Aniversario is now available through select Foundation retail partners across the country.

“Foundation will celebrate its 10-Year Anniversary with two launch parties this week. The first will be held on Wednesday, September 10 at Mickey Blakes in Southington, Connecticut, followed by a second event on Thursday, September 11 at Mickey Blakes in Orange, Connecticut.
