New S.T. Dupont OpusX Accessories Shipping This Week

The first part of the much-hyped new S.T. Dupont Fuente Fuente OpusX Collection will begin shipping to stores this week.

Coles of London, S.T. Dupont’s American distribution, will start shipping the core items, i.e. the non-numbered and less expensive items. As with most S.T. Dupont collections, none of the models are new; rather, these use new colorways. In this case, the pattern is made up of the X design that Arturo Fuente uses for the OpusX brand, with the X in various colors and placed on a black background with yellow gold accents.

Shipping this week are nine items:

• S.T. Dupont Le Grand Fuente Fuente OpusX — $2,095
• S.T. Dupont Ligne 2 Fuente Fuente OpusX — $1,895
• S.T. Dupont Tote Bag Fuente Fuente OpusX — $2,695
• S.T. Dupont Camera Bag Fuente Fuente OpusX — $1,695

“25 years ago, S.T. Dupont introduced a series of collections with Fuente Fuente OpusX,” said Les Mann, vp of sales for Coles of London, in an email to halfwheel. “To celebrate the 30th Anniversary of FFOX, I am very proud to be once again collaborating with the Fuente family on this very special collection and milestone. This one is family.”

Not shipping this week are the dozen Fuente Fuente OpusX Haute Creation items, which are higher-end and made-to-order items. Those are expected to arrive in November.

S.T. Dupont has made multiple OpusX collections before, but this is the first new one in quite some time.
