Quesada Cigars has introduced a new size to its Casa Magna Connecticut lineup with the release of the Petit Corona. Now shipping, the new vitola measures 4 ½ x 40 and is aimed at smokers who prefer smaller ring gauge cigars.
Originally debuting in 2008, the Casa Magna Connecticut blend has been a consistent part of the Quesada portfolio. The Petit Corona is expected to provide a more rounded offering for fans of the line.
“The Connecticut Petit Corona provides touches of graham cracker and dried herbs before the sweet finish without overpowering the palate, making this a great everyday/anytime cigar at a great price point,” said Hector Becerra, National Sales Manager.
Raquel Quesada also commented on the release, stating, “Casa Magna Connecticut is one of my favorite cigars — smooth, balanced, and comforting. That’s why I’m so excited to share the new Casa Magna Connecticut Petit Corona with all of you. It’s a cigar made to be enjoyed by everyone, no matter where you are in your cigar journey.”
The blend features an Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper over Nicaraguan binder and filler tobaccos. Produced at Tabacos de Exportación Inc. in the Dominican Republic, the Petit Corona is a regular production cigar with a suggested retail price of $6.66. It will be available in 50-count boxes.
