Quesada Releasing Oktoberfest 2025 Munich This Month as Canadian Exclusive

Later this month, Quesada will release the company’s first Oktoberfest vitola made exclusively for the Canadian market.

The Oktoberfest 2025 Munich is a 5 x 50 short perfecto made up of a Mexican San Andrés wrapper covering a Dominican binder and Dominican fillers. This is the first time that the company has used this vitola for the line, which is an annual limited edition release specifically blended to be paired with Märzen-style beer.

A total of 3,000 cigars packaged in 10-count bundles are being released. Pricing varies by province as each one has its own tax structure, but in Ontario, the cigar is priced at CAD $18.26, or $13.24 in U.S. dollars.

With this release, it means that there are six Oktoberfest 2025 vitolas:

• Quesada Oktoberfest 2025 Bavarian (5 1/2 x 52) — $12.08 (Box of 10, $120.80) — 500 Boxes of 10 (5,000 Total Cigars)
• Quesada Oktoberfest 2025 Das Boot (6 x 52) — $12.08 (Box of 10, $120.80) — 500 Boxes of 10 (5,000 Total Cigars)
• Quesada Oktoberfest 2025 Über (6 x 65) — $12.60 (Box of 10, $120.60) — 500 Boxes of 10 (5,000 Total Cigars)
• Quesada Oktoberfest 2025 Kaiser Ludwig (6 x 49) — $10.50 (Box of 10, $105) — 500 Boxes of 10 (5,000 Total Cigars)
• Quesada Oktoberfest 2025 Salomon Press (6 3/4 x 50/33) — $12.60 (Box of 10, $126) — 500 Boxes of 10 (5,000 Total Cigars)
• Quesada Oktoberfest 2025 Munich (5 x 50) — CAD $18.26 (Bundle of 10, CAD $182.60) — 300 Bundles of 10 (3,000 Total Cigars)

While there are six vitolas, Canadian retailers will only get up to three vitolas.

In an email, Colm O’Shea, executive vp at House of Horvath—the Canadian distributor for Quesada cigars—told halfwheel that bundles of the Oktoberfest 2025 Bavarian, Munich and Über are being shipped to retailers this week.

American retailers began receiving their shipments of the other five vitolas last month.
