If you missed out on some of the previous Weller by Cohiba releases or just want to make sure you have a couple more in your humidor, a new limited edition holiday gift set should be on your holiday shopping list.
The Weller by Cohiba Holiday Gift Set, now arriving on store shelves, is a collectible humidor containing a single cigar from each of the previous four releases, including the 2025 edition. That means that all but the original release from 2021 is included. There’s also a pair of Weller by Cohiba whiskey glasses.

Each of the four cigars, which come in a 6 x 50 toro vitola and packed in an aluminum tube, features tobacco that has been aged in Weller Bourbon barrels, albeit with different blends and barrels used over the years. The Weller by Cohiba 2022 was the first to use tobacco aged in the barrels, as the Connecticut broadleaf binder was aged in spent bourbon barrels from the Buffalo Trace Distillery in Frankfort, Ky. that were transported to the General Cigar Dominicana factory in the Dominican Republic.
For the Weller by 2023 release, a new blend was introduced, with General Cigar Co. stating that it was focusing on deepening the exploration of how barrel aging can impact tobacco, specifically its effect on aroma and flavor. While it was once again a Connecticut-grown broadleaf binder that was aged, it was now in barrels that previously held Weller 12 Year Bourbon.
The 2024 release featured a Connecticut broadleaf binder that had been aged in Weller Full Proof barrels, while the 2025 version saw that Connecticut broadleaf binder aged in Weller Antique 107 barrels.
“Our collaboration with Weller continues to be a unique partnership between two iconic brands committed to bringing exceptional offerings to the market,” said Sean Williams, Cohiba brand ambassador, via a press release. “This year’s holiday release is exactly that, with a four-year flight of Weller by Cohiba blends showcasing the best of our tobacco elevated with the aging in Weller barrels set aside for this terrific project.”
Each set is priced at $249.99. Production numbers have not been disclosed, though it is described as being available in limited quantities. The company has not yet clarified if the cigars are from the original batches or if they are more recent productions.
